Role administration

You can access the administrative management from the User menu in the top left hand corner, and then go directly to the 'Training Coordination' tab to see who is currently attending.

Rights and roles on campus

There are four permission groups in P29 Campus: Administration, Training Coordination, Training Management and Training Participants. People with the Administration role can assign roles. People with the Administration or Training Coordinator role have access to Training Coordination. People with the role of Training Manager can start classroom training for all courses assigned to them. In the training coordination, you can switch to the Roles area in the tile menu.

    • Coordinators may only create groups with company assignment (subsequent company assignment of a group not possible)
  • Import and management of participant data
  • Management of participants, including updating and maintenance of participants of the assigned companies
Administration of Assigned Organizations
  • Central administration of master data for the assigned organizations
  • Option to see the training coordinators and administrators of the other organizations
Classroom Training Starting classroom training within the assigned organization and viewing training that has already been conducted
Training management Classroom training Starting classroom training for all training courses assigned to you

Role management

To assign someone a new role or change an existing one, you need to have the Administration role.

Assigning new roles

New roles can be assigned to all training users in the training coordination. To do this, click on the users you want to assign the role to.

Click the pencil icon under 'Assigned Roles' in the Users menu to assign a role.

You can now choose between administration, training coordination, training management and training participants.

Modify existing roles

To see who has administrative or coordinating roles, go to the roles menu. This is also where you can edit the already assigned roles. Select 'Roles' from the tile icon to access the roles menu.

Here you can see an overview of all the people who have already been assigned a role.

Click on the person whose role you want to change. Then click on the edit icon under ‘assigned roles'.

You now have the option of choosing between Administration, Training Coordination, Training Management and Training Participants.
