Login¶

On the home page, you can log in with your client number, your login name and your password.

If you have forgotten your access data, please use the following options. If you have not yet created a user account, please contact your administrator or training coordinator to receive a registration link.

Forgot password¶

With your client number and login name, you can have a password renewal link sent to you. If you do not receive an e-mail, you have entered your login name incorrectly or did not provide an e-mail address when registering.

If you have forgotten your login name, please use the Forgotten Login Name function. If you do not know your client number, please contact your administrator or training coordinator.

Forgotten Login Name¶

If you do not receive an email, it means that you did not provide an email address when you registered. In this case, please contact your administrator or training coordinator. If you do not know your client number, please also contact your administrator or training coordinator.

Access denied¶

If you enter an incorrect password three times, your account will be temporarily locked for 15 minutes to protect it from brute force attacks.
