Tasks

In the operation menu you can document operations of all types. Predefined operation types are:

• Call • Visit • E-Mail • Other request

If you want to create your own task type, you can do so using the edit icon:

Mandatory data

An operation has the following mandatory data: • Type • Company • Department • Responsible contact • Occasion

The tasks are linked to the filter settings, i.e. you will only see tasks whose companies and departments are assigned to you in the user settings and which you have activated in the filter.

Additional values: Attachments - Link - Comments - Tags

Once the operation has been saved, the general additional values are also available in the operation module.

Visibility - findability

If you can't find your process and you can't see it in the list, it is most likely due to the filter settings, for more details see our chapter Filter.
