Privacy Impact Assessment

The PIA module is currently a listing of executed privacy impact assessments. You start a PIA in the respective DP under point 13.

Afterwards you will be guided by a wizard through the answering of the questions.

Now you are in the PIA of your respective DP and can answer them.

Evaluation of a PIA

To evaluate a PIA, carry out the following steps:

  1. First click on the thumb symbol in the row of structural data.

  1. There you select the desired overall status, you have the choice between.

    • Low-risk
    • Medium-risk
    • High-risk

  1. After finishing with [Save|Document], the document has the selected evaluation status.

Reporting

You can get a report about one, or more PIAs by using the Report Wizard.

Visibility - Findability

If you can't find your PIA and can't see it in the list it's most likely due to the filter settings, for more details see our chapter filter.
