In this module you can store your documents and records in an organized way.
You also have the possibility to access templates of documents and records that we provide.
Creation of new sections¶
You can create new sections under the [+ symbol]. These serve as outlines/headings for your documents.
You can now create your section.
Creating new documents¶
Now the section is displayed and you can assign the desired documents to it.
You do this with the [Upload icon], which you can see highlighted in the screenshot.
Once you have successfully uploaded your documents, they will be displayed under the assigned section.
You can edit your sections, as well as your documents afterwards by the [pencil icon], or archive them.
The archived sections and documents can be found next to the [+ symbol].
