Templates¶

Templates simplify the handling of your modules in Privacysoft. So you don't have to create each time an DPA, or DP, for example, but select a template in which you have already inserted previously required information.

You have the possibility to create your own templates, or to adopt templates from us.

Here you can see the templates that we have already provided you with.

Creating new templates (example: DPA)¶

In the following you will be shown a template creation using the example of an DPA. This process works analog for the other modules. You can add new templates via the [Upload-Symbol].

Now you can see your added template under the respective module.

The template you added can now be used on new attachment.
